Antonio Azevedo

Antonio Azevedo is the Chief Executive Officer of Luxor Group, where he has worked for over twenty years. Luxor is a Brazilian family office with a century-long history that today invests globally with a long-term, entrepreneurial approach, generating value through investments, business development, and philanthropy.
Based in Lisbon, Antonio helps oversee a global portfolio of public equities and regenerative agriculture assets in Brazil. His work centers on asset allocation, the structuring and management of family offices, and global portfolios, with a particular focus on investments in regenerative agriculture. He also co-founded INEO, Brazil's leading center of expertise in the structuring and management of single family offices.
Antonio's approach combines disciplined capital allocation with a commitment to productive, sustainable land use, reflecting his belief that strong investment returns and regenerative agriculture can go hand in hand. He holds a degree in business and finance from PUC-Rio, and has continued his executive education through programs at Harvard Business School — including its Agribusiness Seminar — as well as Stanford Graduate School of Business and Nova School of Business and Economics.
